XI Job Error

Hi people,

I create this job 'RSXMB_DELETE_ARCHIVED_MESSAGES' in XIP but the job are canceled by this error message:

Job started

Step 001 started (program RSXMB_DELETE_ARCHIVED_MESSAGES, variant , user ID ADMINXI)

Error when accessing the archive data

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

Someone know how can I fix this error?

I also think that the problem is related to rights on the OS check if the ADMINXI has the right to access the folder and delete the files.

Are you trying to delete 'Not Succesfull' one.

Hi Carlos,

please check that you have the right to create the archive file at OS level.
