Corel Technical Suite plugin

We currently have 4 licenses for Corel Technical Suite X5 and purchased the CCE upgrade for Deep Exploration 6. Is there any way to get these upgraded to Visual Enterprise Author 7? If so, can we upgrade to the 64 bit version?

Hi Daniel,

I think the answer to you question right now is "no" , there is no "upgrade" path from Deep Exploration 6 to Visual Enterprise Author 7. VEA 7 is to be considered as a new product. This also effects standalone DE users (not just Corel customers). That said I will double check with Corel Product Management what the plans are for this integration in the future, and if VEA 7 is under consideration.

Hi Daniel, the response I got from Corel is very much what I expected, negotiations are underway between Corel and SAP for Corel customers to get an option to move from Deep Exploration to VEA.

So for you that means stay in touch with Corel and hopefully it will be sooner than later!
