Time out in receiver ftp channel with ftps

Hi every body.

We're facing problems with FTPs connection. We've imported the certificate in the Trusted CA (the whole certficate chain) and exectuting a FileZilla client from the PI server we don't have any problems so the communication between PI and FTPS server is OK. Despite of this the channel is throwing a time out exception so I've tried to trace the error with XPI Inspector. I can see that we reach correctly the server, the certificate validation is correct but we are getting the error when we try to write the file in the server. If I try to move a file with filezilla client with the same user we don't have any problem.

Any idea what could be happening?

At first, you could try the FTP connection with this SAP tool: Note 1085539 - XI JDBC/FTP connection Test and XML Validation Application This testing is more appropiated that to do with filezilla.

Check the ftp server compatibility: Note 1052867 - XI / PI File Adapter: Known Problems / Incompatibilities
