auto po creation

hi all,

seeking for help, we recently setup a punchout catalog, so that we can directly access our supplier.

we can successfully access it and place order but POs are not automatically created.

please help.

Hi Jan,

How is your business process? Are you looking to create PO directly in SRM once Shopping cart is approved or in ECC system?

For Classic Scenario (i.e. PO created in backend) you have to set up configuration in SRPO --> SAP Supplier relationship management --> Cross - Application Basis Settings --> Define Objects in Backend system (Preq, PO etc). You have to defined what you want to do in Ext. Proce as Purchase order if all the item data is complete. You have to set up by each Product category and Purchase group or generic by *.

For Extended Classic Scenario (i.e. PO created in SRM) you have to first activated extended classic scenario and then PO will be created automatically as standard behvior in SRM if all the information is filled.
