Default Custom Data Fields

Where might I find a list of the custom data fields that are created during the initial data load process?

I don't recall that there are any custom data fields out of the box. Some of them like STORAGE_LOCATION are created by CTC wizard during integration setup. Other than that - there are no custom fields oob - that's why they are called custom . I've checked IDATs just in case - there is no idat file for custom data fields.

Sorry, you're right, I was referring to the ones created by the CTC wizard during integration setup...  

Either way, I don't have a fresh install of ME to look at and I'd like to know which ones were created by SAP vs. my customer.

Hi Alli,

Open NWA and go to CTC Wizard.

Select "SAPMEINT Standard Interfaces" task.

At the bottom of the screen, there is Details section.

Click on the "Expand tray" button in the right corner of this section.

There you will see "Process Description" list collapsed.

Expand it following this path:

- SAPMEINT Standard Interfaces

-- SAP ME Site Configuration

--- Configure Site

---- Create or Update Custom Fields

There you will find the steps which correspond to creation of each custom field.

You can click on each to veiw the details: there is "Output Message" section where the result is described like <String>SAP ME Custom Field 'ERP_MATERIAL' for table 'BOM' is successfully updated.</String>.
