messages getting stuck in sm58

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario where the messages are flowing from Sender to receiver and receiver is ECC. When the sender is sending the messages in bulk, the messages are getting processed successfully in PI within a minute and getting stuck in sm58 transaction. This happens only when huge and bulk messages are flowing from sender to ECC. So is there any solution to send all those messages to ECC without getting stuck in sm58?

Hi Prasad,

There are number of factors for this issue, load balanicing not happening.

When any message get struck in ECC then you can see the error also , better to check with basis team.

We are not getiing any errors. We are getting like 'transaction recorded' and it was getting processed after some time.

This is valid behavior. How many messages in a given time frame?

Hi Praveen,

They are more than 1000 messages being processed within a minute and messages are also big size files.
