Not able to see MYSAPSSO2 cookie in NW 7.3 SP7 Portal

Hi , We have NW 7.3 SP7 portal  connected wirh LDAP successfully.

Now the development team  raised a concern that they are not able to see the MYSAPSSO2 cookie.

Below is the information from Fiddler2, not seen any cookie with MYSAPSSO2 .

Please suggest....

did you enable HTTPS and install SAPCRYPTOLIB on your system?
