I am not sure if I got your question correctly as you asked very basic question. A simple search in Google on "HANA overview" results in more than 2.5 million hits.

So is there something specific you are looking for ?

HANA = High-Performance Analytic Appliance.

It includes lots of stuffs: server/database, client, studio, lm (lifecycle management), etc.
