Conditional RR for 2 characteristics

Hi experts,

One requirement as follows:

In inspection plan there is one required characteristic (Quantitative) and two conditional characteristics (setting made as "After Rejection" for both characteristic).

Current system behavior:

If first required characteristic is rejected then the related both conditional characteristics are getting open for RR.

Requirement:

If first required characteristic is rejected, immediate next conditional characteristic should only get open for RR and if this conditional characteristic is also rejected then only the second conditional characteristic should get open for RR.

I know that the current system behavior is standard SAP. but is there any user exit or enhancement available for this requirement?

In my opinion.. 3rd inspection is happened rarely.

You can use unplanned inspection for this.. 3rd, 4th... within standard.
