CJI5 is not updated with service PR document

Hello guys,

here is the problem for you:

1) I enter a service in network activity, I make some itemizing there.

2) PR document is created automatically, it is more or less ok there.

3) CJI5 - doesn't show the relevant line item from that service PR document.

Why ? what needs to be done in order to have that PR line item in CJI5 ?

wrong time interval was specified in CJI5. My services were later in 2013. No I can see them. Sorry guys.
