ROS in SRM 7.0 with or without PI

Hi All,

We at SAP SRM 7.0 Ehp. 1 with ECC 6.0 Ehp. 3. We planning to implement ROS without SUS .

1. Will PI be required for this busniess scenario ?
2. With PI how do we trigger the Vendor Registration from ROS to ECC ? Can anyone suggest the configuration steps if PI is required. To enable communication at sender side i.e ROS what will be the congifuration steps at PI.I understand at the receiver IDOC (CREMAS05) can be used.

I have gone through this link. It suggests without PI the business scenario can be implemented .

But If PI is used what will be the configuration steps?

Hi,

There is the business scenario "supply_base_management" for the process.

Please go through configuratio guide in sap service market place for detail step.

You are right. In ECC side vendor master is created via IDOC. In SUS side only XML is generated and sent to PI.

Hi,

I would suggest you should look for document Supplier Qalification according to your SRM version from SAP Service Market Place.

Documents contains configuration steps for PI.
