SOAP Receiver Message Protocol XI 3.0 AAE

Hi, 

We are doing a product lookup Webservice to Proxy scenario where we give the product name from a  mobile device and retrieve the Product Details from our ECC System.  We have developed an Interface using SOAP as Sender (Message Protocol SOAP 1.1) and Proxy as Receiver. We tested from SOAP Client and we are able to see the correct results.

In order to improve performance, we converted the above scenario to use ICO using SOAP Sender (Message Protocol SOAP 1.1) and SOAP Receiver (Message Protocol XI 3.0). While testing it from SOAP client we are getting an error

Delivering to channel: CC_SOAP_AAE_Receiver_XXX

"SOAP: error occured: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.mo.xmb.XMBMessageHeader.getMessageId() of an object loaded from local variable messageHeader".

Please suggest us a solution to this issue.

Hi,

Correct me if im wrong.

Except for this:

MESSAGING SYSTEM SP2 patch4 or higher

ADAPTER FRAMEWORK SP2 patch8 or higher

The version of ABAP-based application systems must be 7.00 SP13 or higher.

The prerequsites seem to be only for ABAP client proxy scenario.

Does your Communication channel showing the status as Green ?

Have your provided the correct URL in the SOAP receiver channel ?

My SOAP receiver channel is Green, the URL I have used is:
