Job Schedule detailes

Hi All,

How could I know, BCG job is scheduuled/ cretaed by whom and when for first time and how many time it is modified?

in Sm37 job details, I can find very few details need more details on this.

Please assist me here.

Hello,

These are principal tables in background processing, the information they contain are

• TBTCO: The job header table (job management data)
• TBTCP: The job step table (individual processing steps in jobs)
• TBTCS: The control table for the time-driven job scheduler

It does not give you information you are looking for like who cretaed, when and when was it run for first time and how many time it is modified. More over the above tables will get cleared if you have a cleanup job scheduled to run periodically. If this job is run from long time this info will not be available.

I would suggest not to spend much time in this.

Whatever information you need about background jobs, you will get it from these tables -

TBTCO

TBTCS

Hi Prashanth,

I dont think you can get that details from a periodic scheduled jobs, the max information you can find is from job details in SM37. No job change history will be maintained, unless maintained manually.
