Debit Memo

I created debit memo by using "create with reference" function in VA01, however, the output of this debit memo is without CPO no., Can anyone help me out WHY?

Please dont type the issue in subject.  Subject text should be short and effective

Please try to understand that I am not insisting anything on my own.  There are some set of rules framed by SCN team which is applicable to all and everybody should adhere to that.  Whoever deviates that, the forum Moderator is responsible to caution the member.  In that sense only, I have asked you to use the subject effectively.
