Copying of categories in follow-up Document creation

Hello experts!

I created follow-up Document Problem ZMPR from ZMIN. Categories from ZMIN incident are copied to ZMPR.

Why categories aren't copied from ZMIN or ZMPR to knowledge article ZNAR?

Categories aren't copied follow-up Document KNAR from SMIN in Standart.

Help me with settings, please.

In your first post, you put a screen shot, witch transaction is that where you define Copy Cat?

I have the same problem in SP5.

I've found Note 1567003 discribing our problem in chapter 11.

But to tell the truth it has't resolve this issue. But you can try this on your system.

Please, ask me the result....

Subject Profile is same in knowledge article and incident.
