/SAPAPO/OPT004-Error when determining Customizing data

Optimizer gurus,

I am trying to run the SNP optimizer and I am getting the above message. I have a SNP Optimizer profile and a Cost profile set up in customizing and I am unclear about what I am missing. Any help  will be higly appreciated.

Found the answer...my basis settings were not configured.
