Dear SD Consultants,

I have configured the DIP to create a quotation from the PS project but I have an issue regarding the external activities as the cost of the external activities is copied to the quotation but the quantity of the external activities isn`t copied to the quotation and i can`t figure out why.

The characteristics used for the source of cost are

Activity Type

Cost Element

Material

Transaction Currency

Unit of Measure

The criteria of the material determination are

1)Activity Type

2)Cost Element

Can any one help me with this issue?

Hello El-Shaimaa,

are you using a standard source ? (and which one ?)

Depending on the source system will get specific information.

Check in clude LAD15F0I in program SAPLAD15. There is a case on source.

Then Et_DATA is populated with data found in the source.

Can you post screenshot of external activity on project and screenshot of material determination in DIP profile?

The details of the issue is that the quotation generated from Tcode DP81 using DIP not figuring the real service activity quantity from the project. Service activity has over all value as per snapshot 1 and not figuring the detailed services amounts as per snapshot 2

for example:

If I have Service activity with Qty 1 AUand its detailed service has QTY 100 M2,

the system figuring out the QTY 1 AU

Are you transferring quantities in DIP profile material determination?

Yes I`m transferring the quantities ,I also attached screen shoots clarifying the material determination of the external activities,The material that is assigned to the external activities is the service activity
