Hi experts,
We're seeking a way to know what reports/programs hadn't been used last 8 months.
At transaction ST03 we can find the workstadistics of ( 3 months ), but we cannot find any way ...

Solution Manager does it with the 7.1 version.
Alternatively, you can open SM19 Security trace and log the usage of reports. Then filter all reports with the non-used ones.

There's a table to do an inner join ?
Nope, No table.... Security Audit Log is a plain text file.
SAP only keep ST03 and STAD data for a couple of days.
