Problem with UOM Manager

Hi,

I am having problems with installing the UOM Manager on my computer.

The error I get states:

"The version of this dile is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running"

As far as I know the UOM manager application is 32-bit and my OS is 64-bit.

However, all the other clients are the same version, Console, Data manager etc, and they install fine.

Does anyone know what might be causing the problem?

Our Basis team says there is no 64-bit version of teh application, so that is not the solution.

I am running MDM SP08.

I understand that from SP09 the UOM manager is integrated in the Console, but there are no immediate plans of patching the system.

UOM Manager only runs on the 32 bit version of Windows OS. A solution would be to install a 32 bit Win OS running on VM. Win 7 Pro has a Win XP Mode which you can use.
