Issue in Travel Management Screen in Portal

Hello,

This is regarding Travel Management in portal. We are on SAP ECC 6.0 &

portal version is 7.0.19.

We are facing some issues in displaying the screen where the employee

creates the travel expense report.

I have created an IAC iview of the tcode 'TRIP' & mapped in portal.

The issue is that, when an employee logs in to the portal to raise

a “Travel Expense Report”, the initial screen which comes is not coming

properly. The screenshot (Screen 1) of the same is attached for reference.

We noticed that, when the User Type is ‘Dialog’ which is maintained in

SU01, then this type of screen is coming. But when we change the User

Type to ‘Service’ then everything works fine. Currently for all users it has been maintained as ‘Dialog’.

Hence I would like you to suggest, if the issue can be resolved without changing the User type from Dialog to Service.

Actullay my client do not want the user type as 'Service', because if it is service user, then it will not allow to chnage the password.

Hence, please suggest me how I can get the proper screen without changing the user type to 'Service'.

Working correctly on Diag type or Service type ?

and why don't you use standard ivew instead of creating new IAC iview of the tcode 'TRIP' & mapped in portal?

I would suggest to use standard iview and assign standard role "Web traveler" with even communication user type, it would works fine..
