PP/DS: How to assign a customer to a ressource/machine in APO production planning?

Hello, is it possible that capacities of ressources (e. g. some machines) are allocated for a customer?

I would appreciate if you could give advice how to do this.

You can use descriptive characteristics to reserve capacities based on the customer (indirect way). Please check the following link for details.
