Hello Experts,

Can you tell me how to access tables such as

AFRU and  AFKO

and how can I confirm that a formula (say total scrap = all scrap confirmed - BOM scrap allowance)  = X in  $$.00     ??

How can I find total returns from a cutomer via a sales order type??

Let me try to explain you, i don't feel i made the sales return clear to you.

How can I find total returns from a cutomer via a sales order type??

1. Identify the return from a customer via sale order type in MB51 transaction. Apart from this there are many reports in SD module to find out the reports, see some of them below

MC+A - Customer wise Returns

MC+M - Material wise Returns

MC+Y - sales organisation wise Returns

MC-A - Sales office wise Returns

MC-M - Sales employee wise Returns

As i told you in earlier reply, there are many ways to map this in SAP. SO most of them are explained in the above link, please refer, also you can search in forum.

Return delivery can be mapped with inspection type 05 with movement type 655 or inspection type 06 with movement type 651.

For this use the logic as,

First find out orders in which you have booked scrap through table AFRU tha tis from confirmation.

Then with respect to that go to RESB table and input order number you found out, and get details of operation scrap, component scrap etc from their.

Ask technical person to write logic as per your calculation and find final value.

Use AFKO, AFPO tables for necessary filters for logic for orders.

If you are using QM inspection for return deliveries then this can be tracked.

For sales returns or return delivery hope if you have activated inspection type 05 for the material, then inspection lot will get created.

With respect to this lot, you can accept the quantity in your returns storage location with usage decision, that time material gets accounted in your plants with 321 movement type with reference to sales order return document number.

You can use this to track your sales returns.

There are multiple ways to map this in SAP, may be you get more replies on this from others.
