DP-BOM: On which level is the forecast possible in /SAPAPO/SDP94?

We intend to use the DP-BOM to display the final product and also the components in the forecast planning book.

Can we change the value of the field manual forecast on component level and also on the final product?

Hi,

In the standard system, it is possible only to generate statistical forecast of finished products (independent demand). The DP explodes the BOM and generate the forecast for components (dependent demand) which is only for display. Any changes at the component level won't be propagated to upper levels (i.e. finished product).

Is it possible to create rows for the components in a DP planning book?

This means can we have information about history data also on component level?

Do you have a screen shot/example how the planning book is displayed

when the bom explosion is done in /SAPAPO/SDP94?
