Hi Gopesh,
As a Initial check you can look for supoort pack level of you system by going into System->Status and component details and look for SRM server details.
See note at service market place and check for
Highest Implemented Support Package
Support
Packages Release Package Name
SRM_SERVER 550 SAPKIBKT05
There will be a corresponding number in your system SAPKIBKTXX.
Just check if it is less than mentioned in note, you can apply note .
This is a helful suggestion in addition to suggested by other forum member.

Hi Gopesh,
You can use transaction SNOTE for implementation of OSS note if there is program correctoion. OSS note release will with release version and Support pack of SRM. If your OSS note is release after your current version and SP#, then you have to implement it else note would be included for earlier releases.

Hi
There are 2 ways to do this.
Either check the correction instructions of this OSS note are applied to the mentioned programs and other objects mentioned there, by comparing the code in the system with them
Or
Else logon to transaction - SNOTE and then go to Notes Browser.
Give the Oss note name there and incase the note is not applied, you can download the OSS note and the corresponding correction instructions in the system.
Hope this will help.
Please reward suitable points.
Regards
