Control PO output to vendor

Hi,

I need to block the PO output to vendor when certain fields are changed in PO. Can you let me know whether there's any BADi for this where in I can put my conditions.

I guess the BADi BBP_TRIGGER_EXECUTED will do.

Kindly provide some inputs on this.

It would depend on the fields but take a look in SM30 with table BBPD_PO_METAOUT.

Have you looked at "Condition-Dependent Document Output" within the"Set Output Actions and Output Format" section of the IMG?

You may be able to control that here or via BADI "BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF"
