Hi, we are implementing support packs and had an error because the PTRV_EXPENSE_FORM was overwritten.
I am attempting to create a z form so it does not get overwritten in the future. I have downloaded the form and interface of the old PTRV_EXPENSE_FORM in production, then uploaded both to the new ZPTRV_EXPENSE_FORM in development. I activated it, we changed the configuration spot "Set Up Feature TRVFE for Settlement Form" to point to the new form and activated that. We have checked the ADS configuration and I even tried the suggestion of adding HTMLFORM_R_P value X to table TA20SWITCH. We still cannot display the form from TRIP. Oh, and I tested the sa38, FP_TEST_00 also, and it works.
When you click Display in Trip it just stays there. and if you click on results, you just get a red x on the status bar.
If anyone has a solution or idea it would be greatly appreciated!
