Exception error while trying to connect Hermes JMS Console to SAP PI 7.30

Hello,

I'm trying to use Hermes JMS tool in order to publish messages on PI. I followed every steps listed in Jochen Damzog 's blog http://scn.sap.com/people/jochen.damzog/blog/2009/12/07/pi-and-sap-application-server-as-jms-provide...

but I still get errors on both the communication channel defined on SAP PI:

and the Hermes Console:

Here I post the configuration i set up on Hermes:

these are the jar libraries (downloaded from my SAP PI server) i've imported in the ClassPath of Hermes:

What's this credential issue could be linked to? Any suggestion?

Hello Antonio,

Just to double-check, when you provide logon credentials in HermesJMS, you specify

securityPrincipal = <user name>

securityCredentials = <password>

and not vice versa, correct?

Meaning that in the screenshot that you have provided, user is castelli and the password for it is root.

yes, user/password combination were correct and aligned in the JMS Adapter parameterization too as you can see:

Channel still in error.
