SRM Middelware Service master

Hi Gurus,

My client user SRM 5 and he want use service (unscrambled ) in the future.

I know the following:

1) trx code R3AC4--> obj class SERVICE_MASTER, rfc -dest :complete with the correct ECC system--> In events by obj class I need complete 00001250, 00001270 and 00004051?

In function module field--> what value?

2) trx code R3AC1

I need complete the filters to service master? which??

then I can see the service in trx code commpr01?

You know where I can get a document with step by step that explains how to configure the services in SRM and the product category?

SRM: Steps

1. Run BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS (tcode) - Set Service Product Active, uncheck Test execute

2. Setup filters in R3AS1(SERVICE_MASTER) and R3AS3(DNL_CUST_SRVMAS)

R/3,ECC:Steps

1. Set up entries for SERVICE_MASTER in CRMSUBTAB

2. Setup entries for SERVICE_MASTER in CRMRFCPAR

3. Setup entry in CRMPAROLTP for SERVICE_MASTER

Start Intial load using R3AS in SRM for DNL_CUST_SRVMAS(first) and SERVICE_MASTER).

I need replicate only product category of service from ECC to SRM , and NOT replicate catalogued service.

what is the criteria you use in R/3 to distinguish service material groups from catalog material groups ?

Dear Laurent,

I do not quite understand the question.

My client never used services, materials only.

Now I need to replicate pruduct categories of service, but it is not necessary to transfer the service listed.

Someone has a step by step?
