Tracking changes of Product Master

We would like to keep track of changes in Product Master. In IMG > Advanced Planning and Optimization, under Master Data > Product, Activate Change Document, we activated all the checkboxes. We also implemented OSS note 1651290. But changes to the product master does not create change log. In t-code, /SAPAPO/PRODUCT_CD_READ, there is no log.

Hi Andrew,

Have the change logs been active for a while?  The transaction is /SAPAPO/PROD_CD_READ.  Enter an asterisk for users.  Enter a wide range of time to make sure you capture at least some changes.  Select Product with no entry and execute.  If you are sure that product changes have occurred and there is still no log, I suggest you open a message with SAP.
