Issue with partial delivery

hi sd gurus,

I am not able create partial delivery for any sale orders.

I have check the necessary configu in customer master in shipping tab.

I have maintained partial delivery everything it was happening before.

do i need to change anything in vov7?

Have you checked in sales order Complete delivery check box in VA02?

Hi Harsha,

If possible can you paste the Sales order screen and at the time of delivery what error is coming?

Also make sure that there is no user-exit is incorporated.

Side Comment: please don't write subject as Names (Maintain Subject with strong Line this is relevant to your Scenraio).

Hi Suman,

It is taking the delivery in VL01N ( i mean picking ) but PGI is not happening....  its throwing a error like

In VL02N

Delivery has not yet been put away / picked (completely)

Can you specify the exact field name in Delivery Types in 0VLK as you mentioned above;

"Please check "Partial Delivery Indicator" in your Delivery Type".

There is no particular partial delivery indicator in delivery document ill try to give you screen shot of it......Plz  correct me if i am wrong

your screen shot , delivery quantity is 25 picking quantity is 15, it is not possible,

all ways delivery quantity  = picking quantity then only you can do the delivery ,

so you enter the delivery quantity 15 and also enter the picking quantity 15 do the delivery know it accept , next deliveries also you can same thing

Please once again observe the Field " Delivery Split-WhNo"(Wh means Where House) under one filed is there as "Delivery Split Part".

Side Comment : What ever you provided as Subject didn't match to your query. The delivery Quantity is always equalt to picking Quantity.Please maintain you material quatity correctly.

ya i have maintained it...... i think if we maintained in customer master the same thing will be reflected in sales order item level.... no need to maintain it again.....
