Dear Mr. Huseyin,
Thank you for your prompt response.
is the upgrade sequence possible as per following,
first stage = upgrade the oracle to 11g on same ECC 6 + Windwos 2003.
second stage = upgrade the Ecc 6 to EHP6 on Oracle 11g + Windows 2003
third stage = upgrade the O.S. to windows 2008 R2

Hi Ashwin,
The latest version of ERP is the ERP 6.0 Enhancement Package 6.
For upgrading to ERP 6.0 EHP6, you'll upgrade the NetWeaver ABAP layer under ERP from 7.0 to 7.0 EHP3.
Also, during upgrade, your Kernel will be updated to Kernel 7.20_EXT Unicode/Non-Unicode version.
Oracle 10g support is ended so you've to upgrade to Oracle 11.2.0.3 (latest one) as 7.20_EXT kernel is only supported on Windows 2008 (R2) and Oracle 11.x
So, your latest versions will be:
OS: Windows 2008 R2 x64
DB: Oracle 11.2.0.3
Kernel: 720_EXT (UC or NUC)
Basis&Abap: NetWeaver 7.03
ERP Components: ERP 6.06
