Facing issue in BOP results, In BOP monitor we found that many BOP are in red but suprisingly background jobs are getting completed sucessfully. Looks like BOP are in update status i.e. updates had been sent to ECC box but no acknowledgement return. In BOP results also all order items can be seen in SENT status.

No CIF queues are getting generated for BOP order items. Request you to share possible reason for this issue.

No CIF queues are getting generated for BOP order items

If CIF queues are not getting generated, it means you have no integration model, or you have not created distribution definitions.  Less likely are system issues, that would normally be indicated in SM21 logs or ST22 error logs.  What have you done so far to isolate what the actual problem is?

Are you sure you don't mean 'no CIF queue ERRORs?'

Red in a BOP run usually means 'unconfirmed'.  This is not an error, this is one of several valid solutions to an ATP problem.  Achieving an unconfirmed order during BOP will not stop the BOP run from completing.  Sometimes this is the actual goal of a BOP run, to UNconfirm your orders.
