Hi,
After importing the conversion template via Document Setup > Contract Data and Document Importer, system puts the phase of the contract in Draft phase. This is so even when we want the phase to be Executed. System gives a warning message that value ‘Executed’ in Contract Document Phase field cannot be found.
Is this a bug? We are on 7.0 SP02

Hi Vikram,
this is certainly not normal behaviour, especially if you're setting the fields in csv to executed. The only other option would be to check if the respective contract document template has all the phase enabled.

By Contract document template you mean contract document phase information? That does have all the phases enabled including Executed.
Now we have to bring in the conversion files and then physically change the phase to Executed which is ok for one or two MAs but an impossible situation when we are doing many contract conversions.
