Hello SRM Gurus,
Recently we have upgraded SRM 7.0 version to EHP1 in Development. Because of this we are facing below issues.
I. After creation of shopping cart, It goes for approval in approver work list. While approving Edit Button is not visible in the shopping Cart.
II. Also, Requestor is not able to edit rejected shopping carts. Here EDIT button is not visible.
Can anybody please suggest workaround or solution to overcome above issues
Quick solution will be more appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi Pawan,
As Deepthi mention if you have Process controlled workflow then you have to provide process levels accordingly in order for user to make changes.
If you are having Application controlled workflow (BADI one or withtout BADI) then you have to set Personalization BBP_WFL_SECURITY for user to Low... Whenever you upgrade those settings get reset usually with role re-generation.
Thank you
Ritesh

Hi Rittesh,
We are using Application controlled workflow.
As we are using customized roles for users(Requesters, Approvers) which causing problems not to edit shopping cart.
Edit button is now available after deactivation of the Badi BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI implementation, which
can overwrite the value of the BBP_WFL_SECURITY variable form the user settings.
Your gauss is correct. Thanks for your valuable suggesion.
Will give you full marks.

Hi,
Have you activated process controlled workflows after the upgrade?
If so,the configuration for the "prcoess level type" determines whether the document can be changed or not during the approval.
Please see below thread for more info:

Please check in your system if the process controlled workflows have been activated or not and accordingly check the cofnfiguration which will determine the whether the EDIT button should be displayed during approval or not.
