Using Adobe forms (non interactive) instead of Smart forms

Hey experts,

i need a help regarding conversion from Smartforms to Adobe forms (non interactive), i read that i must install (adobe document services ) and Java stack .
my manager asked me to give him the approximately price for these components and i actually don't know how to calculate it .
the point here is some of experts telling me that i don't have to buy license and it's enough to upgrade the ERP from ABAP to (ABAP+JAVA) .
i need to know how to calculate the licenses for these component and please bear in mind i need only non interactive not interactive forms .

i installed the Adobe life Cycle and it's worked for the layout , but when i try to print what i developed gives me an error
"can't find PDL type for output device LOCL "

please Advice.

Thanks a lot.

best regards
Haytham

ADS has to be available which integrates the ECC and ADOBE and it doesn't need any special license.

It comes by default and it has to be made active i suppose.

Also you dont need any license for ADOBE static forms, but need license for Offline Interactive forms and Interactive forms.

Its licensed based on the user, $8 for each user per interactive form.

Thanks

I believe problem with printer type not with licenses.
