BBP_GET_STATUS_2 log

Hi experts,

We are on SRM 7.02.  BBP_GET_STATUS_2 programm is running as per sap note 1145063. But sometimes documents (SC) are not updated, so we execute report for particular cart and it gets updated. What a possible reasons for this issue? And are there any ways to monitor this failures?

Hi,

What is the time interval between scheduled job? Try to keep it as less as possible.

Then you don't need to execute particular report manually.

Variant 1: Last 2 days ; Job executed every 3 minutes

Variant 2: Last 30 days ; Job executed every 30 minutes

Variant 3: Last 180 days ; Job executed every 4 hours

P.S. sometimes carts are not updated even after 1 week

Hi Morgan,

Do any of your job is getting stuck or lock out? Can you check that out. Because the way you have set up variant 2 and 3 to execute every 30 min and every 4 hours. During that time Variant 1 job also execute and lock out the records.

I've checked in SM37 - all jobs in "Finished" status, so as I understand no locking occurs.

are there any ways to monitor this failures?
