SAP CRM Mobile Sales: Accessing ESDMA_Appln_Setup: This webpage is not available

Hi;

I am trying to access the ESDMA Appln setup wizard but a message "This webpage is not available" gets displayed on the web browser. What could be causing this???? I just check this service with transaction SICF and it seems to be active.

Please help??? Your help is very much appreciated!!

Got this working finally:

In order to get this to work  maintain the profile parameters icm/host_name_full and icm/server_port_0 manually for now. In order for these parameters to become active permanently the server needs to be restarted.

What is the error message when you start the service from SICF?

I think it is just http level error. Maybe the domain is missing??

Hi,

do you have appropiate authorisation? Give yourself SAP_ALL for a few minutes and test it again. If it works - fine - otherwise check ST22 and the actual SP level. You need to be on latest SP - at least SP12 - to get this working.

If it does - the relevant roles you need are all DOE and ESDMA roles.
