Changes in smartform not reflecting in PO printout

Hello Everyone,

The nace setting is as follows:-

print output---SAPFM06P---ENTRY_NEU----MEDRUCK---my smartform

FAX-----------SAPFM06P---ENTRY_NEU----MEDRUCK

Now when i make changes in the smartform , they are not reflected in the print out that i take from me23n.

Where could i possibly go wrong .

I have assigned my outout control in messages section in me23n .

HI monalisa,

                       check out the print preview in me22n if its is right then it has to come in me23n.If the print preview is right then its the problem in printer configurations..once check out..

Thanks a lot for the reply.

I think you did not get my query.

It is the same printout that I get from ME23n and ME22.

I am working in ECC 6 . To print purchase order I am using copy of the smart form /SAPDII/SPP_ORDER .

Rest of the settings in NACE are as follows

print output---SAPFM06P---ENTRY_NEU----MEDRUCK---my smartform

FAX-----------SAPFM06P---ENTRY_NEU----MEDRUCK

Now when i make chnages in the smartform , it should reflect in the print out . it is not reflecting.

Or it could be some other reason i am guessing .

No Standard Smartforms in ECC6.0 standard system. Need Package /SMB40.

Hi,

         If you think thats not the correct smartform check the form interface parameters in smartform and driver program if the parameters are not same then that will be the problem.

now check the same parameters in driver program.

hello ,

I checked and the smartform and the driver program .They do not match .What to do now .

My driver program is sap standard SAPFM06P and smartform is a copy of /SAPDII/SPP_ORDER.

I think I will have to ask my basis to download the /SMB40/ package .

What is your take on this . What do u suggest .

Do you know of any other alternatives that I can use , where i do not have to download the package .

Hi,

    Recently i have modified standard purchase order smartform for this i have nt downloaded any packages i have searched the smartform as i posted in your last query and assigned to a program which is in nace and tested my smartform it worked. From there i started my modifications..

and the standard purchase order i have modified is  /SMB14/ID_MMPO

I do not have /SMB14/ID_MMPO in my system . That is the issue . When i look for it i get form does not exist .

                   If u have any other resources like sand box check in that.. if you find one then download it in xml file  and upload it to your system..
