Issue in Purchase Requisition

Hi All,

My user has created two Purchase requisition through CJ20N and following issue occurs in both PR’s while checking in ME53N.

1.     In Both PRs  Line item 10 is deleted but line item 10 is showing without Deletion status. 

2.     In both PRs new line item has been added but new added line item is not showing in PR No: 30007338.

Kindly Provide me the solution urgently.

Hi Neha,

Please check in ME52N for both PRs, there is 'Closed' indicator checkbox selected in

'Quantites/Dates' tab.

Hi Neha,

For 1st case, please check if you can use correction program 'RLORD035'.

This is correction report for inconsistencies in PR deletion indicator and order.

Please test it in test system and involve MM consultant when you do this.

Ideally speaking when you line item is deleted, it should show in deletion status.

For 2nd case,  please confirm if both PRs are created under one network.

Or one PR per network?. If one PR is created per network, then new added line item will not appear in old PR.
