Approval level in QM

Hi,

My requirement is that there are 3 levels of approval in our company, once the material is received from vendor it goes for quality stock from there quality person of different levels will check the stock like if quality engineer approves it should move to next person quality head once it gets approved another higher authority will approve then only the stock should get posted to unrestricted stock; if stock is found not good it should be rejected at all levels. How to map this scenario in SAP.

Dear Sakthivel

You can use digital signature strategy for that in which you can give stock posting or UD rights to highest authority.
