Incorrect open quantity for service shopping cart in Sourcing cockpit

Hello Experts,

I created a Service Shopping cart of quantity 1000 (unit - hours) for which I created 3 POs of 100,200 and 300 quantity respectively through Sourcing Cockpit. Now ideally the open quantity that should be available for the creation of PO should be 1000-(100+200+300) = 400 but in the Sourcing Cockpit, its not showing the right open quantity. This issue is arising for service shopping carts only. Can you please suggest the source of the problem and how to resolve it.

Hi Pratyusha,

You refer that open quantity is showing incorrectly, Is that showing more then what you are looking or less ? For example you mentioned 1000 quantity SC created and 3 PO's respectively 100, 200 and 300 created.So now remaining should show 400. How much it is showing in Sourcing Cockpit?
