Sybase Control Center API for usage statistics

Hello Experts

I'm trying to see if there is a way in SUP SCC to generate usage reports for the number of apps deployed and the number of devices registered and number of users as a HTML report for the operation staff.  Are there any API that can be used to generate the report would appreciate any documentation or code samples.

Here is a link an SAP colleague gave me.  Don't know how to use it though.  Does it make any sense to you?
