Issue with the End User Login Page

Hi all,

In Access Control 10.0 SP09, we configured the end user login page via portal to access by an user ID without entering a password, but a few days ago it began to apply.

We configured the 10 services as per the Note 1628387.

Please let me know if anybody is facing issue and have reached to some solution.
