Solman 7.1 Support Message Creation

we have solution manager 7.1, when the user creates a support message, the message type being created is SLFN whereas as per SAP , the new transaction type SMIN has been introduced for the new Solman 7.1.

How can we set the transaction type for support message creation to SMIN , not SLFN?/

can you please check out the Value of PROCESS_TYPE_NEW in Tcode dno_cust04 to your own ZMIN/or standard SMIN

i couldnt find the PROCESS_TYPE_NEW , but i changed PROCESS_TYPE value from SLFN to SMIN.
