Add shipping condition in VA05 layout

Request to add "shipping condition" in VA05 - layout display. shipping condition is in order header.   For Intercompany operation , both CSR and customer need to know the transportation mold for each order.

Kindly read the SCN rules and do some search before posting. Google -> VA05 user exit. There are dozens of posts already.

Hi,

As Shiva Ram already mentioned, adding another field to VA05 is very easy and you will be well within the realms of standard SAP functionality. But if we enable a query or report, it will become a custom report and remain only as a report, unlike VA05 where you can also perfom mass processing of some of the features in SD like pricing etc.

I would advise you to go with OSS note suggestion.

My advise is not to go for modification even though there is a SAP note available.

Go for a query report or a ABAP report. There will more requirements in future. easy to change.

Similar question was answered in the forum in the past, so search the forum before posting.

If you don't see the required field in the VA05 report or in the report structure, then follow the procedure as mentioned in the note Note 350068 - Additionl fields in VA05:Customer material number as example
