pdf files from SAP

All user reported opening pdf files from SAP took too long. Users repaired adobe but the problem persisted. Please suggest

Hi Venu,

you must explain more:

1. all PDFs from SAP or only particular ones?

2. the PDFs are opened by ABAP-Program or by a Webdynpro?

3. Have you tried the Adobe demo program from SAP? Still too long?

4. Does Trace protocol show any error information?

Hi Venu,

There can be possibly two reasons

1: The memory of the system.

2: May be scripting done in adobe form is too large.

3: If this is converted pdf from smartform then again there may be an issue with memory.
