Exclude "High Paging Rate" notification sent via email

I am monitoring CE/BPM application on java system SAP Netweaver 7.31 with Solution manager 7.10 SP4 and I need to exclude "High Paging Rate" notification sent via email which is performance metric because it generates daily 15-20 emails. I checked template settings in Technical monitoring wizard but if I exclude alerts in category performance I will not receive "Java System is not availalble" notification. Do you have any idea what can be done?

I found how mail notifications from alert inbox can be deactivated so I will share:

1. Go to Alert inbox, choose some of the alerts

2. Click on "Change configuration" and choose "Change managed object"

3. Select Alerts tab and enable edit mode

4. Select the alert set "Create auto notification" into Inactive and save configuration

The steps listed above should be repeated for each mnaged system. I prefered to change it on managed object level but not on template level because we use default template
