Hi experts,
I am having some troubles finding reports where I can visualize dates related to controls (when was scheduled, when was done, etc) and their specific results. The closer I got to a report with that information is "Control Test History With Ratings".
I also checked the SPRO->GRC->Reporting section in order to customize reports but it is not very user friendly. Does anyone has any guide to this section or any tips related to maintaining report configuration?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers!
Mauro.
Hi Mauro,
I am not sure if I am understand you correctly, but yes the above report will show you the test history and the ratings for each one step evaluated.
Now, if you want to customize a report in PC 10.0, hence this is another situation.
Please, let me know exactly how better can I help you?
thank you.

Hi Mauro,
Please, check over the control test history with ratings for the same and also try to enhance the report adding the fields you need, just in case.
There are some guides available for the 10.0 on how to customize the reports. I will be creating a wiki and publish the same and let you know.
Thank you.
Claud.
Hi Claud
I am having the same problem that Mauro posted.
I need that the report "Control Test History With Ratings" shows the date that was schedulled, when was done, etc.
Also i need a way to restrict the structure, that means that an every user could see only the controls for their subprocess, process, etc. I tryied to restrict it by abap security but we were not succesfull.
Do you have any helpfull information?
Thank so much,
Frank
Hello Frank & Mauro,
First of all sorry for the long delay without answer. I am about to finish the wiki over this guide on how to customize the reports for GRC 10.0.
@Frank have you consider using the 2nd level of authorizations? You will be required to restrict not only for the reports but for all the application.
As soon as I finish that I will publish here the link and you will be able to get there and check further.
Thank you and regards,
Claud.
Hi Claud, thanks for your response.
We tried to do so (2nd level) but it still not working. We need to restrict reports depending on Regultaion, Org Unit, Process, Subprocess and Controls.
With that report you can see all the the controls.
I will try to customize reports, it would be great to have your guide.
Thank you again.!
Frank.!
