Consultar chamados na SAP via Solman

Olá a todos,

minha empresa está iniciando o processo de certificação CCOE -  Customer Center of Expertise.  O CCOE é a nova certificação SAP em substituição ao CCC. Para tanto, estamos com a necessidade de avaliar os chamados abertos pelos nossos consultores na SAP. Existe alguma forma dentro do Solman de pesquisar / avaliar os chamados abertos na SAP pela nossa empresa que foram abertos pelos nossos consultores? Se sim, eu somente consigo visualizar a partir do Solman que foram criados de dentro so Solman ou todos?

Estou meio em dúvida se seria via tcode OSS1 ou se seria mesmo attivando o Servide Desk do Solman.

Hi Luis,

My company is starting the certification process CCOE - Customer Center of Expertise. The CCOE new SAP certification is replacing the CCC. For this, we need to evaluate all support messages opened by our consultants in SAP Support. Is there any way within Solman to evaluating all opened support messages from my company (all messages) ? We have several messages support opened by our consultants. If yes, I can see only messages support opened from Solman or all messages support opened not using Solman too?


I need to know read some documentations about this functionality to configure this feature in our Solman.
