Delivery block in sales order

Experts,

I have created sales order with delivery block.

I removed the block and saved the sales order.

Now I want to again keep the delivery block in the sales order ,but the delivery block field is in disabled mode.

Please let me know how to change it.

What I mean to say have you done the Delivery for this sales order?

Hi Suman,

Issue is solved.

I have removed  "Reason for rejection" field in item data in STATUS tab and now the delivery block field is in enabled mode.

Why would the user go to Tab Status and set a reason for rejection, in a sales order, at item level?

Please note - (after testing in IDES) if there were more than one line items in the sales order, then with setting reason for rejection in one item; the delivery block field would have still been editable.

Please test this.

Hi Kiram

This is because order has been fully delivered. If order has not been delivered then as per standard functionality Delivery block can not be in grey mode. There must be some user exit (MV45AFZZ) implemented. As Mr. Suman has asked you please confirm you have done PGI or not?

Exactly I mean that what Ali said.Definitely you have done the Delivery creation then only it is possible to view the similar screen shot provided by you.
